Let us host a private party for you and your friends.  Whether it be Girls Night Out, Staff Appreciation Day or any occasion – let us create the perfect party for you. Full spa services, make-overs, spirits, tasty delights and catered cuisine are available. We will also be happy to sponsor a Botox party either at a place of your choosing or at the Institute.  We all have a great time with private parties so ask for details.

~Spa Etiquette~                                                                                                                                      

In order to keep our promise to our guests in receiving the serenity and relaxation they are seeking, we ask that you help keep a quiet environment.  Guests are invited to make the most out of their time during their visit.  Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for a smooth transition into relaxation and to make sure that you receive every pampering minute of your spa treatment.  Your comfort is important to us.  During all of our treatments, your body will be discreetly draped to provide you with a level of privacy that ensures peace of mind and relaxation.

~Client Age Policy~

Guests must be at least 12 years of age.  Those ages 16 and 17 are eligible to receive facial treatments only (without a parental consent), and must be accompanied at all times, by their parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age.  We ask that you make outside child care arrangements for any child under 18. Our guests enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and come to escape the responsibilities and sounds of their own children for a short period of time. This facility is not set up for child care, our staff is not trained to attend to children and we do not have an appropriate place for your unattended child during your services.   If you are unable to attend without children, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

~Appointment Information~                                                                                                                  

If you must reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice so we may give your time slot to someone on our waiting list. No Shows and appointments rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged $50. Late arrivals will receive the remainder of the scheduled treatment time.

~Cell  Phones~                                                                                                                                         

We take your visit with us very seriously. We understand that you don't want to be listening to cell phones ringing or to people talking on their phones while you're trying to relax. Because we understand this, we ask that clients do not bring cell phone into the facility.
